Practiced listener, home aficionado, fierce negotiator, problem solver - Paul offers you all of these qualities and more. Though he grew up in the rural Midwest, he has lived in South Kingstown for over two decades and loves it more than anywhere else. It's fair to say that in addition to real estate, Paul has Rhode Island in his veins. As an extra benefit, he had a successful career as a licensed general contractor, empowering his clients to make sound decisions with his knowledge of repair costs and remodeling. Having started multiple businesses as an entrepreneur, he is able to simplify the intricacies around finance, insurance, and negotiation.
When not helping newfound friends buy and sell homes, he enjoys time outdoors with his three kids, lifting weights at the Y, trying new restaurants, and giving back to the community through his church. A compassionate man who eventually became a Baptist minister, Paul has had many joys as well as many challenges to surmount. His wife has been afflicted with debilitating autoimmune diseases since 2008, but as a spiritual advisor for three decades, he has plenty of experience guiding people through difficult matters. In his personal and professional life, he's someone people rely upon for help and encouragement.
Motto
"I don't just sell homes - I help people."
